Nikki Bear
Nikki Bear is special because her life has undergone a miraculous turnaround. She was abandoned in our yard a little over a year ago---malnutrition and abused. She had an ugly black blotch on her back where she has been kept under a car. Today, Nikki Bear loves to have her nails done, has a full wardrobe and enjoys ice cream every night. She is the joy in our life and reminds us that our scars can too be healed with love and time.

Dudley
He had 3 back surgeries and after his last one he had to use the cart. He did regain control of his legs after using his cart. We received much positive attention when taking walks in the neighborhood.

Quincey
We adopted our Quincey a few months ago. He was rescued from the side of the freeway. He was a mess and had a broken right front leg, which ultimately had to be amputated. I'm so glad to have found this site!
