My Special dog is designed to assist people and their dogs in leading healthier, happier lives; by providing a resource for information, products and a community of support. It is our hope that through education, people will make better decisions, accept the responsibility of dog ownership and appreciate the value of a dog’s life.

Because of the experiences we have had with Molly, the Paraplegic Pug, and the profoundly positive impact she has had on our life and on the lives of those she has touched, My Special Dog was born. We developed this site to help people like us who have questions or struggles with their dog and do not know where to go for answers and support. We want to encourage you to use our site regularly to meet people in similar situations, ask questions, read our articles, review products that might help you and your dog lead happier and healthier lives, participate in our fun contests, and provide us with your valuable feedback.
